Location: Bhandup, Mumbai

Education: Any graduate with suitable experience.

Job Description:

• ATL/BTL activities – New TVC Concepts (script finalization to execution), coordinating with media
  agency for media planning.
• Co-ordinating with vendors for all POS inputs & OOH activities (from planning to execution)
• Managing & monitoring overall A&P Spends, Activities vide media mix of TV, Radio, print, and digital within the given budget.
• Closely work with the creative design team for new/existing product artwork, designing POS material, and any other creative work.
• Checking all A&P-related claims which have been submitted by customers & vendors before processing for payment.
• Coordinating with distributors’ sales & marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of trade marketing activities.
• Cross-functional coordination with finance, manufacturing, and head office Singapore production department.
• Coordinate with distributor supply chain & logistic team for shipment & monthly PO
• Preparation & data sharing with Country Manager for annual Sales & ANP budgets.
• Preparation & data sharing with Country Manager for Subsidiary & Budget presentations every year.
• Administration work like Hotel booking, car booking, and VISA Application if required.
• Coordinate with regulatory & distributor teams for all regulatory issues.

Experience:  5 to 10 years.

Any Special Knowledge / Skills Required: Communication skills.

Salary: up to 10 LPA

Other: MUST – Knowledge of marketing functions and computers.

Organization: A reputed Singapore-based MNC manufacturing pharmaceutical products.
