Organization: A reputed automobile ancillary/OEM manufacturing company
Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduation in HR
Experience: 5 to 15 years
Job Description: Restructuring of salary/wages.
- Study current salary/wage structure
- Suggest changes to save on taxes
- Communicate the workforce about the changes made and its benefits
- Process regular pay-roll, count taxes, provide Form No 16 to employees
- Other HR & Admin related work
Any Special Knowledge / Skills required: Salary structure and taxation
Gender: Any
Salary range: 3.00 to 6.00 LPA depending upon experience/skills.
