Mr. Gajanan Y Parab is a Senior Business Consultant, possessing more than thirty years of rich and diverse industrial exposure with sectors like Automobile Manufacturing, Information Technology, Power, Printing, Refinery and Engineering etc.  Academically he is a post-graduate in business administration from Mumbai University.

He consults the organizations in the areas of Strategic Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Quality Management, Customer Delight, HR & Administration, Organizational Development, Labour Laws Compliance, Security, Safety, and Environment, etc.

He supports individuals in improving their employability and then provides them with job opportunities.  He is a motivational speaker and has delivered thousands of sessions on various Soft Skills and Life Skills.

Post successful stint of more than twenty years in the corporate world, he floated his own venture in the year 2009.  At that time, he started with only HR & Administrative services.  During the course of time, the venture grew further and now he is offering a number of customized solutions to the industry and individuals.
